Place an Order – Genovis AB

Genovis AB in Sweden handles orders from all countries except Australia, Canada, China, India, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Turkey and USA. The Genovis online store accepts orders from all over the world using credit card payment.

Purchase Orders

To place an order, send your purchase order by email or fax, or give us a call.

Please supply shipping address, including:

  • Recipient (Att:)
  • Recipient’s e-mail address and phone number
  • Invoice address
  • Invoice email address (if available)
  • VAT number
  • PO number (if available)

The order confirmation is sent within one business day of receipt of your order. There is no minimum order charge.

We accept payment by credit card or bank wire transfer.

Shipping

If you place the order before 12.00 pm CET, we will ship the same day with expected delivery within 2-3 days.

Within EU:
We ship on all business days with overnight delivery (shipments on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday).

Outside of EU:
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (the lead time may vary depending on the destination, but is typically 48-72 hours).
