SEQblock™ – Precise Temperature Control
SEQblocks are passive thermoconductive temperature control modules for tubes, plates, and strips, designed for use with standard laboratory cooling and heating sources.

Genomics
SEQblocks are passive thermoconductive temperature control modules designed for use with standard laboratory cooling and heating sources, including ice, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, water baths, and other suitable thermal environments. Built with a durable, autoclavable, and corrosion-resistant construction, SEQblocks enable rapid equilibration and uniform temperature distribution while minimizing condensation and the risk of sample contamination. They are also compatible with most robotic liquid handling systems, making them a practical benchtop solution for modern workflows.
Why SEQblock™?
- Fast and efficient thermal equilibration
- Clean handling with low contamination risk
- Even temperature distribution across formats for consistent results
- Built for automation and everyday use
Available in five different formats

About SEQblock™
SEQblock™ modules are engineered to provide efficient and reliable temperature control. They ensure uniform heat transfer for consistent results, without direct plastic immersion—helping reduce contamination and condensation—while enabling stable benchtop handling without the need for ethanol or pre-cooling.
Constructed from anodized aluminum, SEQblock™ modules are corrosion-resistant and autoclavable up to 250 °C. Their standardized footprint supports seamless integration with automated liquid handling systems, and they are designed for long-term use in the laboratory. Surface scratches or minor dents from heavy use or accidental drops affect only the appearance, not performance.
Five different models of SEQblocks are available.
