About the Antibody Fragmentation Service

We have extensive experience in generating, purifying, and analyzing antibody fragments from a wide range of IgG species and subclasses. Based on your specific sample and the desired fragment, we select the most suitable SmartEnzyme and purification strategy to ensure optimal results.

Our team can also develop tailored protocols for digestion, purification, and analysis when needed. As standard, we provide SDS-PAGE and LC-MS analysis of both the starting material and the generated fragments to support clear and reliable characterization.

We typically require two weeks of preparation before initiating the service. Delivery of the generated fragments and analysis report is expected within 4–5 weeks from project start, depending on the specific project.
