About the Antibody Conjugation Service
With the Antibody Conjugation service, we provide site-specific conjugation using GlyCLICK, delivering high-quality, homogenous antibody conjugates.
Once we receive your antibody sample, our conjugation experts carry out the process with strict control over consistency and reproducibility. To ensure detailed and accurate characterization, we analyze the starting material and all intermediate steps using middle-level LC-MS, powered by our specific and efficient SmartEnzymes™. We can also offer SEC analysis to detect and quantify potential HMW (High Molecular Weight) structures.
The final conjugates are delivered back to you accompanied by a detailed report, including LC-MS analysis data.
We usually require 2 weeks of preparation before initiating the service. The expected delivery of conjugated material and analysis report is 4-5 weeks after the service starts, depending on the specific project.
