We are happy to invite Olle de Bruin from BioInvent International to provide examples of how FabRICATOR subunit analysis supports clone selection during process development, allowing for quick and easy characterization of product quality in order to make more informed decisions. In addition, to simplify and speed-up the mAb characterization workflow, Olle shows that LC-MS subunit analysis can be accomplished directly from culture supernatants using FabRICATOR without the need for time-consuming affinity purification.
