Lyophilized enzyme for deglycosylation of 2 mg IgG
GlycINATOR (EndoS2) is an IgG-specific endoglycosidase that hydrolyzes all glycoforms present at the Fc N-glycosylation sites.
Lyophilized GlycINATOR (EndoS2) for deglycosylation of 2 mg of IgG antibody. Enzyme is reconstituted by addition of water.
GlycINATOR is an endoglycosidase that rapidly cleaves the N-glycan structure of the Fc domain of IgGs. The N-glycan is cleaved after the first GlcNAc.
GlycINATOR effectively removes high-mannose as well as complex and hybrid Fc-glycans on native IgGs.
