Immunofluorescence microscopy relies on fluorescently labeled antibodies to detect targets in single cells or tissue sections with high spatial resolution. Random labeling approaches have been widely adopted, but can compromise conjugate quality and result in higher background and limited quantification. GlyCLICK® enables site-specific labeling of native IgG with fluorescent dyes, generating more uniform conjugates and supporting improved imaging quality and consistency.
