AlligBAITOR™ Lyophilized
Lyophilized protein for all Ig capture and antigen release.
AlligBAITOR is an immunoglobulin-binding protein that binds all human immunoglobulin isotypes and subclasses. Upon AlligBAITOR binding, any bound antigen is released from the immune complex.
AlligBAITOR Lyophilized is available as a lyophilized powder in 2000 unit vials for binding of, and release of antigen from, approximately 2 mg of human immunoglobulin. AlligBAITOR Lyophilized enables native antigen release from immune complexes.

Product Information
Unit Defintion
One unit AlligBAITOR Lyophilized captures 1 µg Ig and releases any bound antigen when incubated in PBS buffer at 37°C for 30 minutes.
Buffers
AlligBAITOR Lyophilized is active in a wide range of physiological relevant buffer conditions, including PBS and TBS, in a salt concentration up to 500 mM and in the pH range 5.5 – 8.5.
Content and Storage
AlligBAITOR Lyophilized is reconstituted by addition of water. No preservatives added. The product is shipped cold and should be stored at -20°C upon arrival.

No, we have also seen binding activity towards immunoglobulins of other species (goat, rabbit and mouse) using AlligBAITOR.
