✨ Next GenovisWebinar: Advancing Biotherapeutic Characterization: HILIC-MS-Enabled Subunit-Level MAM

Genovis’ SmartEnzymes™ are valuable analytical tools for biotherapeutic characterization workflows. In this webinar, a hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (HILIC-MS)-based subunit-level multi-attribute method (sMAM) approach is applied for improved chromatographic separation and monitoring of important product quality attributes (PQAs).
FabRICATOR® is an IgG-specific cysteine protease that digests antibodies at a single amino acid site below the hinge. Characterization of modifications, including N- and O-glycosylation, deamidation, oxidation and succinimide formation is demonstrated at the subunit level using IgG and Fc-fusion protein case studies.
We are excited to welcome Benqian Wei from Merck who will demonstrate how subunit-level HILIC-MS can shorten sample preparation and LC-MS analysis compared with peptide-based MAM while preserving quantitative performance for selected quality attributes, supporting faster and more streamlined characterization of complex biotherapeutics.
