Site-specific conjugation of 2 mg IgG with MMAE
GlyCLICK is a three-step conjugation technology for site-specific and quantitative conjugation of IgG from several species and subclasses.
GlyCLICK contains all reagents and materials needed to label up to 2 mg of IgG with GlyCLICK conjugation of DBCO-VS(GlcA)-PAB-MMAE to 2 mg IgG conjugate.
