About the Antibody Glycan Remodeling Service
With the Antibody Glycan Remodeling service, we offer site-specific transglycosylation using TransGLYCIT, delivering high-quality IgG with a homogeneous glycan profile.
You can choose between G0, G1, G2, G2S2, or Man5 glycans, with the option to keep or remove the core fucose. Once we receive your antibody sample, our experts carry out the process with strict control to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
To support accurate characterization, we analyze the starting material and all intermediate steps using middle-level LC-MS, enabled by our specific and efficient SmartEnzymes™. SEC analysis can also be included to detect and quantify potential high molecular weight (HMW) structures.
The final remodeled samples are delivered to you together with a detailed report, including LC-MS analysis data.
We typically require two weeks of preparation before initiating the service. Delivery of the remodeled material and analysis report is expected within 4–6 weeks from project start, depending on the specific requirements.
