Lyophilized enzyme mix for desialylation of 2 mg glycoprotein
The SialEXO products are sialidases for the removal and analysis of sialic acids. The enzymes are active on both N- and O-linked glycans present on native glycoproteins or released glycan structures.
Lyophilized SialEXO removal of sialic acids from 2 mg glycoprotein.
SialEXO consists of a combination of two sialidases, acting on α2,3, α2,6 and α2,8 linkages on both O- and N-linked glycans.
The enzyme is active on native glycoproteins and can be used in combination with both OpeRATOR and OglyZOR.
