IgGZERO (EndoS) is an IgG-specific endoglycosidase hydrolyzing complex N-glycans at the Fc N-glycosylation sites.
Lyophilized IgGZERO (EndoS) for deglycosylation of 5 mg of antibody Fc fragment. Enzyme is reconstituted by addition of water.
IgGZERO (EndoS) is an endoglycosidase that rapidly cleaves the N-glycan structure of the Fc domain of IgGs. The N-glycan is cleaved after the first Glc-Nac.
IgGZERO effectively removes complex Fc-glycnas on native IgGs.
