Lyophilized enzyme and affinity resin for above hinge digestion of 2 mg murine IgG and purification of fragments
FabULOUS (SpeB) is a cysteine protease that digests in the hinge region of IgG from several different species and subclasses, generating Fab and Fc fragments.
Lyophilized FabULOUS (SpeB) for digestion of 2 mg of mouse IgG together with four LC-Kappa micro spin columns where each column includes sufficient material to purify up to 0.5 mg IgG.
FabULOUS enzyme is a unique recombinantly produced cysteine protease that digests antibodies from many species and subclasses in the hinge region producing a homogenous pool of Fab and Fc fragments. The enzyme requires reduced condition for activity and reaction is performed at neutral pH.
The CaptureSelect™ LC-Kappa (mur) affinity matrix recognizes the LC-Kappa domain of murine IgG antibodies, which enables purification of Fab fragments.
