FabRICATOR (IdeS) is an IgG-specific cysteine protease that digests antibodies at a single amino acid site below the hinge, generating homogenous F(abā)2 and Fc fragments.
Lyophilized FabRICATOR (IdeS) for digestion of 8 x 100 Ī¼g of antibody. Enzyme is reconstituted by addition of water.
FabRICATOR (IdesS) is a unique protease that cleaves IgGs and Fc-fusions at one single amino acid position in the lower hinge region generating Fc and F(ab’)2 fragments.
