GlycINATOR Immobilized Maxispin 10-100 mg

Immobilized enzyme for deglycosylation of 10-100 mg IgG in spin columns

GlycINATOR (EndoS2) is an IgG-specific endoglycosidase that hydrolyzes all glycoforms present at the Fc N-glycosylation sites.

1 column for delglycosylation of 10-100 mg of IgG. The column contains GlycINATOR (EndoS2) enzyme immobilized on agarose. GlycINATOR is an endoglycosidase that rapidly cleaves the N-glycan structure of the Fc domain of IgG. The N-glycan is cleaved after the first GlcNAc.
GlycINATOR effectively removes high-mannose as well as complex and hybrid Fc-glycans on native IgGs.
