FabRICATOR (IdeS) is an IgG-specific cysteine protease that digests antibodies at a single amino acid site below the hinge, generating homogenous F(ab’)2 and Fc fragments.
The FabRICATOR Validation Kit contains three individual lots of Lyophilized FabRICATOR (IdeS) for digestion of 3 x 2 mg of antibody. A certificate of analysis is included with each kit.
FabRICATOR (IdesS) is a unique protease that cleaves IgGs and Fc-fustions at one single amino acid position in the lower hinge region generating Fc and F(ab’)2 fragments. Enzyme is reconstituted by addition of water.
