The Power of Middle-level Analysis

Our IgG, IgA and IgM proteases have specific enzymatic activities. The IgG proteases digest IgG from several species and subclasses to generate homogenous subunits that facilitate analytical or preparative workflows for the characterization, development and production of biopharmaceuticals. IgMBRAZOR is a unique IgM-specific protease that digests human IgM at one specific site. IgASAP is a novel tool for digestion of IgA.

The middle-level analytical approach is a powerful way to identify and analyze critical quality attributes, including post-translational modifications such as glycosylation and oxidation. Also, the enzymes can be applied in quality control and stability testing of biopharmaceuticals.
