Description

SialEXO is a mixture of sialidases hydrolyzing α2-3, α2-6 and α2-8 linked sialic acids. The SialEXO mix removes all sialic acids from N- and O-linked glycans on native (non-denatured) proteins and peptides. SialEXO is available as lyophilized powder for desialylation of 2 mg of sialylated glycoproteins.
