Lyophilized enzyme for hydrolysis of ɑ2-3-linked sialic acids from 0.5 mg glycoprotein
The SialEXO products are sialidases for the removal and analysis of sialic acids. The enzymes are active on both N- and O-linked glycans present on native glycoproteins or released glycan structures.
Lyophilized SialEXO 23 enzyme for removal of α2-3 sialic acids from 2 mg glycoprotein. SialEXO 23 consists of a single specific, high efficiency sialidase acting on α2,3 linkages on both O- and N-linked glycans. The enzyme is active on native glycoproteins and can be used probe sialic acid composition and determine if peak (size) shifts observed are caused by the sialic acid linkage position and amounts.
