FragIT Kit for different compatible speices

The FragIT Kit was used for fragmentation and isolation of different IgG species. The process was analyzed by SDS page. Other species also work such as   rabbit and mouse IgG2a. Mouse IgG2a requires a special protocol, which will be published later. Meanwhile please contact Genovis if you would like to use the  FragIT Kit on mouse IgG2a.
