Antibody deglyosylation

IgGZERO™ is a very efficient endoglucosidase with specificity for native IgG. The enzyme cleaves the chitobiose core of the glycan on IgG from various origin, such as human, rabbit, mouse, monkey, goat, sheep and more. There is no need for pretretament or dentauring conditions of the IgG before deycosylation. The enze is available as freeze dried powder or immoblized on agarose (DeGlycIT spin columns).
