Genovis as an employer disclaims all forms of discrimination and harassment due to gender, disability, sexual orientation, ethnic background or religion. Genovis shall promote the equal rights of women and men in issues concerning work, employment conditions and other work-related conditions, as well as in job-related conditions for advancement. - Women and men must be given the same opportunities to combine parenthood and work. The workplace and its organization, technology and job content must be adapted for both women and men.
