Q1	Do you have any recommendations regarding the use of IgGZERO™ on promary cells (cell number/ unit)?		A1	We would suggest appoximately 2000u/ 1 million cells.

Q2	Does IgGZERO™ also work below 37ºC?		A2	Yes, IgGZERO™ preform well in room temperature. If you would like to use them in room temperature, add 15 min to the incubation time.

Q3	Is the presence of anticoagulants like EDTA a problem for the enzyme activity?		A3	EDTA will not influence the IgGZERO™ activity.
