    Q1 Does FcDOCKER™ bind to all types and subclasses of IgG?   A1 FcDOCKER™ binds to glycosylated IgG from human, mouse, rat, monkey, rabbit, goat and sheep.

    Q2 Where on the IgG molecule does FcDOCKER bind to?   A2 FcDOCKER™ bind selectively to the Fc part of the IgG molecule.

    Q3 Is the binding of FcDOCKER™ temperature dependent?    A3  There is no difference in activity if used in room temperature or at 37ºC. 

    Q4  Is it possible to use FcDOCKER™ repeatedly, meaning can the sucrose bond to the enzyme be eluted from FcDOCKER™ without a reduction of the binding capacity?    A4  Yes, if the column is washed thoroughly in between separations.
