Preclinical MR studies and Multimodal Imaging
Genovis has developed a new category of nanoparticles that can be used as contrast agent in more than one type of medical imaging technique such as MRI, PET, SPECT and optical imaging. Compared to commercially available T2-contrast agents used in clinical applications FeOdots have a higher relaxivity and a prolonged blood circulation time. This provides researchers with biocompatible particles with high performance in MRI applications.
Genovis offers
• Custom made superparamagnetic nanoparticles.
• Preclinical MR studies where proof of concept of new clinical products can be evaluated without the high costs associated with clinical MR.
• Complete MRI studies, including study design, in vivo and in vitro model development.
• Longitudinal studies where the progression of a disease can be followed over time.
• Professional assistance with theoretical questions and issues concerning MR imaging.
