Simply mix diluted particles with NIMT®Booster and DNA, incubate 20 min in room temperature and add transfection complexes to cells. Read your transfection 24-48 hours after transfection. There is no need for change of medium and antibiotics can be used. The only thing to remember is to use water when diluting your particles and DNA. |
